Salary: (INR. 3,00,000-6,00,000 per/annum)

Starting [Basic-10,000+incentive 5,000+10,000 min. leadsbonus variable] =25,000 INR/month.(can vary accordingly).

Nature of work-

Knowledge of bioinformatics, with an emphasis on genome sequence analysis, gene annotation, network-pathway analysis, variant calling analysis, GATK pipeline. Background in biology, genetics, and biostatistics. Experience with single cell data analysis is a plus.
Experience with bioinformatics resources, databases, tools and common standard formats, docking analysis, molecular dynamics, ADMET.
Experience developing and implementing algorithms for the processing of large genomics in plants and medical data sets.
Proficiency in Linux and writing scripts in python and R is essential.
Highly effective oral and written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with HPC environments and how to run applications in HPC clusters is desirable.
Organizing Bioinformatics training, workshop, research meeting, courses, awareness campaign at various organization clients of Digianalix.
Publications record (SCOPUS, H-index-if any) preferable.
Handled research projects (with supporting documentary proof-if any) is preferable.

Knowledge of Cloud Computing, Cluster, Docker, MongoDB, SQL, Software development history is plus.

Eligibility-

Bachelor’s Degree +4 years of work experience (compulsory) in Computer Science, Bioinformatics or Biology with bioinformatics, machine learning and/or data science, or Master’s Degree (0-2) years of work experience in Computer Science, Bioinformatics or Biology with bioinformatics, machine learning and/or data science is desired, or PhD Computer Science, Bioinformatics or Biology with bioinformatics, machine learning and/or data science is desired.
