HR Executive (Vacancy – 01 position)
Bycus Therapeutics Pvt Ltd is a R&D driven Hyderabad based Biotechnology Company with the aim to develop high quality affordable solutions for healthcare and allied sectors. We are looking for a HR Executive to co-ordinate and implement all matters relating to Administration and Human Resources activities.
Position responsibilities
• Facilitate Sourcing, Screening & Shortlisting of applications as per recruitment plan
• Responsible for generating offer letters and follow up with the candidates for success full onboard and induction.
• Responsible for the complete onboarding process, such as welcome mailers, HR documentation, Orientation, Email ID creation, Biometric access and System and seating allocation
• Payroll management - Include ESI, PF, PT, TDS - enrollment & compilations; assisting with payroll department by providing with relevant employee information, i.e. Daily attendance, leaves taken.
• Performance Management: Coordinating in appraisal process, Increment, Gap analysis, succession planning
• Ensures smooth functioning of all administrative activities including maintenance of HR past and current records.
• Monitor Statutory returns & filings
• Maintaining admin expenditure and admin stock - inward and outward.
• Exit Management: Retention, Exit interviews, No dues, Final settlements, etc.
Qualifications and Experience
• Master’s degree or relevant qualification
• 3+years' experience in Human Resources
• Experience from Biotech or Pharma Industry is added advantage
