CDFD Hyderabad Project Associate Vacancy for Genomic Surveillance for SARS-CoV-2

CDFD, an autonomous institute of the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science and Technology invites applications from Indian nationals for the following purely temporary vacancy in the project titled “Genomic Surveillance for SARS-CoV-2 in India: Indian SARS-CoV-2 Genomics Consortium (INSACOG)”.

Project Associate - II 

Age Limit: 35 years 

Emoluments: 35,000/- + HRA 

Essential qualifications and Experience: 

1. M Sc 2. Minimum 2 years research experience in Life Sciences after M Sc 

Desirable Qualifications: 

1. Experience in RNA Extraction, Real Time PCR 

2. Experience of working in Molecular Biology Laboratory 

Nature of Duty: Candidate will be expected to work in SARS-COV-2 analysis laboratory involving work related to RNA extraction from virus, Real Time PCR and result analysis.
