Interview
Candidates may please note following:
1. Age Limit: As per norms of Department of Biotechnology (DBT), New Delhi, 35 years maximum (on the
date of interview) for JRF/ Project Associate-I (Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped person
applicants will be as per Govt. of India rules).
2. Emoluments Fixed per month:
JRF- Rs.31000/- + 16% HRA and For Project Associate-I- Rs.25000/- + 16% HRA
3. The above positions are purely temporary and will be filled on contractual basis. The posts are co-terminus with
the project, and will be offered initially for a period of six months or, even before that or, till termination of the
project whichever is earlier and further extendable based on satisfactory performance for the remaining period of
the project.
4. The interview will be held on April 16, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.
5. Committee have right to put any screening criteria in case large numbers of applicants. So, send your
application with your CV and documents on or, before April 12, 2022.
6. Committee also reserves right for not selecting any candidate/offering lower post in case candidates are not
found suitable for the applied post.
7. Selected candidate will be informed by e-mail / Mobile & hard copy.
8. The Candidates must send bio-data, attested copies of its certificates and recent photograph.
9. No TA/DA will be given for the appearance in interview.
10. No communications will be entertained for being not selected for the advertised position.

1. Sero-surveillance and molecular epidemiology studies of selected infectious diseases of the livestock
in Himalayan Region
2. Development of nutraceutical feed additive using medicinal plants (Moringa oleifera and
Chenopodium album) against mycobacterial infections in domestic livestock
3. Prevalence, Characterization and Molecular Epidemiology of Mycobacterial Infections in free
ranging Kashmir Stag (Hangul) and captive Double-humped Camel, Mithun and Yak of Eastern and
Western Himalayas
4. “Identification of key molecular factors involved in resistance/susceptibility to paratuberculosis
infection in indigenous breeds of cows”
