Date: 2010612022 Advertisement Applications are invited for one post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) @ Rs St,OOOI pm.+ HRA (16% as per rule), to work under SERB, DST, Govt' of India sfonsored project entitled "Morpho-Molecular characterization and taxonomic investigations of cercosporoid fungi (Mycosphaerellaceae) from Kusumhi forest, Gorakhpur, uttar Pradesh and assessment of their secondary metabolites for antimicrobial efficacy against the drug resistant bacteria" sanctioned for a period of three (03) years. The post is purely temporary and coterminus with the Project. 

Essential Qualifications: For JRF the candidate should have M'Sc. degree in Botany/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Life Sciences from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks and NET (JRF/LS)/ GATE qualified. 

The upper age limit is 28 years at the time of interview with 5 years relaxation for SC/ST/physically Handicapped/Females and 3 years for OBC (non creamy) candidates, The candidates with experience in the area of project or related field will be preferred. All qualifications being equal, SC/ST candidates will be given preference as Per the GOI rules
