ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROJECT ASSISTANT POSITIONS
Applications are invited from Indian nationals only for 01 (ONE) Project Assistant position for the research project System level Host pathogen interaction studies in COVID-19 for therapeutics and pharmacovigilance funded by Indian Council of Medical Research under Prof. Sonika Bhatnagar, Department of Biological Science and Engineering, NSUT, New Delhi.
Qualifications: Graduate in Biotechnology/Bioinformatics/Computer science/Information Technology from a recognized university with three years work experience from a recognized institution or Master’s degree in the relevant subject.
Experience in computer science, bioinformatics, machine learning, database development and data analysis are desirable.
Emoluments: 31000/- pm consolidated; Duration: 3 years
Job description: To perform machine learning studies as well as in-silico systems and structural biology analysis on host pathogen interaction datasets to develop effective therapeutics and strategies for pharmacovigilance in Covid-19. The candidate may be considered for Ph.D. enrolment, if found suitable as per NSUT norms.
Before appearing for the interview candidates shall ensure that they are eligible for the position.
