Applications are invited on plain paper for following post in ICMR funded ad-hoc project “Regulation of mitochondrial function, autophagy and inflammasome pathway ameliorates HFD-induced NAFLD in rats after ischemic stroke” under the Principal Investigator, Dr Sandeep Bhattacharya, Professor, Department of Physiology, KGMU, UP, Lucknow. The application along with CV and self-attested copies of documents and certificates by post/by hand to the office address of Principal Investigator on or before last date i.e. 20/05/2023, 2:00 PM. The interview is scheduled to be held on 25/05/2023, at 11:00 AM onwards in Department of Physiology, KGMU, Lucknow. No separate call letter shall be dispatched for interview.

(1) Name and no. of post: Senior Research Fellow (SRF)

(i) Qualification: M.Sc. in any branch of science with more than 5 years of research or teaching experience. 

Experience with animal handling, basic molecular and cell biology methods such as western blot, ELISA and RT-PCR is preferred. 

Candidates should be highly motivated and independent with the ability to work in a dynamic team environment. They should have exceptional organizational skills and strong oral and written communications skills. 

Applicants must have 1st division in all examination starting with high school till last awarded degree.

(ii) Stipend: Rs. 35,000.00 p.m. + HRA 18%

(iii) Age limit: Below 45 years on the date of interview

(2) Project Duration: 3 Years
