POSTDOC REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Age limit of ≤ 35 years (This age limit may be waived for highly qualified candidates).
2. Hold a PhD degree in biology, biochemistry, bioinformatics, biomedical engineering, or a related field, obtained within the past three years or expected to be obtained soon.
3. Must have at least one first author publication.
4. Demonstrates reliability, passion, and creativity.
5. Possesses proficient English writing, reading, and communication skills.
Ph.D. REMUNERATION
We will provide highly competitive stipend and fully furnished dormitory for Ph.D. Students.
POSTDOC REMUNERATION:
1. Salary: Includes five insurances and one pension, with an annual salary starting from 400,000 RMB (excluding scientific research incentives).
2. Housing resources: You can apply for a rental apartment according to the institute's regulations, and may also enjoy a government housing purchase subsidy of 800,000 RMB as per the policy.
3. Career development: You can participate in title reviews according to the policy, and outstanding candidates who have completed their postdoctoral period may be recommended for research associate professor or research professor position at Zhejiang University or tenure tracked assistant professor positions under the Hundred Talent Program, and other positions.
4. Research conditions: The cooperative supervisor provides financial support for scientific research projects and opportunities for collaboration with other laboratories. They also actively recommend and assist in the declaration of national and provincial scientific research projects, with matching support from the institute based on project funding.
5. Service guarantee: Our institute will coordinate to help with personal household registration, children's daycare enrollment, and spouse's work. We also provide access to high-quality medical resources and occupational health management.
6. Government subsidy: You may be eligible for a government living allowance of 2000 RMB/month or a government allowance of 1000 RMB/month, as per the policy.
