ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE POST OF PROJECT FELLOW IN
KERALA BIOTECHNOLOGY COMMISSION, KERALA STATE COUNCIL FOR
SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT (KSCSTE) PROJECT
Applications are invited from highly motivated Indian nationals for the position of Project fellow in a research project
funded by KERALA BIOTECHNOLOGY COMMISSION, KERALA STATE COUNCIL FOR SCIENCE,
TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT (KSCSTE) with the following details:
❖ Title of the Research Project: Proteomics Analysis on the effect of Robinin in High fat diet Induced
Atherosclerotic Sprague Dawley Rats '
❖ Principal Investigator: Dr. Janeesh P.A. Assistant Professor, Department of Biochemistry, University of
Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram
❖ Name of the position available: Project fellow
❖ No. of positions available: 01
❖ Essential qualifications: MSc Biochemistry/ MSc Biotechnology from a recognized Institute/University or
statutory body OR equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate score; For SC/ST category, the
candidate must have secured a minimum of 55% aggregate score.
❖ Salary: Rs. 22,000/- per month
❖ Duration: Three years
❖ Desirable: Mphil/NET/GATE/PhD submitted/Awarded etc
❖ General Terms and Conditions:
i) The position is temporary
ii) Completely filled and signed application form (as in template provided below) should be emailed or speedposted and should reach us on or before 14.12.2023. Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview.
iii) Interview can be attended offline and no TA/DA will be provided
iv) The decision of the selection committee will be final.
v) The fellowship may be terminated with a 30-day notice before completion of the tenure, if performance till
date is not deemed satisfactory.
