Applications for the Post of Research Associate 

Applications are invited from highly motivated and bright candidates for the following assignment on a time-bound research project undertaken in the Amity Institute of Biotechnology, Amity University, Noida. 

Name of the Research Project “Sustainable microalgal biorefinery for enhanced production of functional biomolecules.” 

Name of sponsoring agency AISTDF Secretariate, Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) 

Duration of the position two years and purely temporary in nature 

Fellowship / Monthly compensation As per norms 

Essential qualifications Ph.D. degree awarded in Biological Sciences including Microbiology/Environmental Science/Biochemistry/ Biotechnology. 

Candidates with experience in algal cultivation and metabolites characterisation is recommended. 

Age Limit Must not be over 35 years as on 11th March 2024. 

Relaxation in age, educational qualifications or experience may be considered in case of exceptionally meritorious candidates. 

General Conditions 

Appointment of the applicant will be governed by the terms and conditions of the funding agency particularly applicable to the said project.
