Applications are invited for the temporary post of One Research Personnel (Laboratory
Assistant) in the project titled “Neural basis of migration-associated seasonal changes in an
obligate migratory songbird” funded by the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB),
Govt. of India, to Dr. Aakansha Sharma of Department of Zoology.

Briefly, for this project, the applicant should have
(i) a Bachelor’s degree in science.
Preference
for the appointment of the post of Laboratory Assistant will be given to a candidate who has a
BSc degree (with Zoology as a major subject) and experience of working in an avian laboratory.
Tenure of the post: Till the end of the project based on satisfactory performance
Emoluments: as per the SERB sanction.
