You will work on the ICMR funded National Task Force project that aims to explore the genomic and proteomics landscape of colorectal cancer. It is expected that you will learn various techniques like NGS, LC MSMS, DNA Microarray, Flow Cytometry, qPCR, IHC and Tissue Microarray and coordinate multiple aspects of the project to deliver it in a timely manner. You will also get the opportunity to work with our collaborating center's like IITB, Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, Mizoram University to further enhance your technical and interpersonal skills. You may get the opportunity to enroll in a PhD program based on your performance.
