Correlation and association studies to be performed in this context to evaluate its diagnostic and or prognostic potential in CRCs. Functional role of RSPO2 in non canonical Wnt pathway and other signaling pathways implicated in metastatic CRC is still unexplored. Regulation of expression of RSPOs (including RSPO2) is still obscure. Therapeutic potential of RSPO2 in the context of metastatic CRC is largely unknown.
