Two months Student Internship Programme under SSR- SERB

Applications are invited for an internship position under the Scientific Social Responsibility (SSR) policy of DST-SERB (Core Research Grant) "Understanding the mechanism of resveratrol and IL-17 knock-down on macrophage via NFkB signaling pathway under metabolic stress conditions" at the Department of Basic Sciences, Institute of Fisheries Postgraduate Studies, TNJFU-OMR Campus, Vaniyanchavadi, Chennai.

Essential Qualification:  Students pursuing M.Sc./B.Tech in the discipline of Biotechnology/Microbiology/Biochemistry or allied subjects are encouraged to apply.

Stipend: Rs.5000/month for two months only.

General Conditions: 

1. Selected student will be supported by a financial assistantship @ Rs. 5000/month for 2 months only 

2. Financial support for other activities like travel, boarding and lodging will not be provided 

3. Student will have to make their own arrangements for stay during the dissertation period. 

4. As there is only one position for the Internship, only selected candidate will be intimated. 

5. Applications incomplete in any respect will not be entertained and no further correspondence will be made in this regard. 

6. The rights of selection are reserved with the institute.
