Uttaranchal University invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor / Technical Officer at Central Instrumentation Facility, Division of Research and Innovation. We are seeking highly qualified and experienced professionals for operation and maintenance of the sophisticated scientific equipment including- Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) & Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS), X-Ray Diffractometer (XRD), Fourier-Transform Infra-Red (FTIR) Spectrometer.
Qualifications:
M.Sc./M.tech. in Biotechnology, Environment, Nanotechnology Physics, Chemistry, Material Science. or related field.
Ph.D Preferred.
Experience and Skills:
3 - 5 years of experience in handling above sophisticated instruments with ability of surface morphology, microstructural analysis, elemental characterization, crystallographic analysis and powder diffraction techniques, molecular characterization, spectral data interpretation, electrochemical analysis, corrosion studies.
