Open Positions

1. Research Scientist

• No. of Positions: 2

• Education: Ph.D. in a relevant field

• Experience: 0-3 years (Postdoctoral experience preferred)

• Specialization: Cellular Biochemistry

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform mammalian cell culture and cellular assays, including immuno-biochemistry techniques.
• Conduct experiments such as SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, and ELISA.
• Work with primary cells and stem cells, including culture and handling.
• Analyze experimental data, troubleshoot issues, and design efficient research projects.
• Write grant proposals and publish at least two manuscripts annually.
• Present findings at conferences and to stakeholders.
• Manage lab resources and perform administrative duties as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Mammalian cell culture, protein purification, and molecular biology experience.

Salary (Gross Monthly):

• Fresh Ph.D.: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000
• Ph.D. + 1-year Postdoc: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000
• Ph.D. + 2-year Postdoc: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000
• Ph.D. + 2+ years international Postdoc (EU/USA): ₹90,000 – ₹1,00,000

2. Computational Scientist

• No. of Positions: 1

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Neuroscience, or related fields

• Experience: 0-1 year

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy machine learning models for neuroscience and behavioral psychology applications.
• Develop, test, and optimize algorithms for data analysis.
• Build software applications and maintain web platforms.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide technical support and document processes.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Web development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Database familiarity (MySQL/MongoDB).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Google Cloud).
• Background in neuroscience or behavioral research.

Salary (Gross Monthly):

• Bachelor’s degree: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000
• Master’s degree: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000
