CSIR−Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI), Mysuru (A constituent laboratory of
Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, New Delhi) is one of the premier R&D institutions in the

programmes are primarily focused under Four major broad areas such as Technology Development,
