MAHE Manipal Microbiology Technical Officer Job Opening

Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal invites applications for the position of Technical Officer at the Department of Microbiology, Kasturba Medical College (KMC), Mangalore under the State Reference Laboratory and Viral Load Laboratory funded by NACO/ Karnataka State AIDS Prevention Society (KSAPS), Bengaluru. 

Position and details:

Technical Officer (State Reference Laboratory) 

Essential Qualification: 

• B.Sc. in Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology / Life Sciences 

Desirable Qualification: 

• M.Sc in Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Life Sciences OR B. Tech (Biotechnology Essential 

Experience: 

• 5 years of experience of working in any diagnostic laboratory for candidates with B.Sc in the above subjects 

• 2 years of experience of working in any diagnostic laboratory for candidates with M.Sc/ B. Tech in the above-mentioned subjects. 

• Candidates with experience of working in accredited labs or those labs who have applied for accreditation will be preferred. 

Job Code: Application for Technical Officer – SRL, KMC, Mangalore Rs. 35,000 /- per month Mentioning of Job Code in the subject line of the application is mandatory. 

Duration of the Project: One year
