Project Associate (PAT) 

PAT-I (i) 31,000/- + HRA to scholars who are selected through 

(a) National EligibilityTests- CSIRUGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE OR (b) A selection process through National level examination conducted by Central Government Department and their Agencies and institutions OR Rs25000/- + HRA for others who do not fall under (i) above Project Associate (PAT) PAT-II (i) Rs. 35000/- +HRA to Scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests CSIRUGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE 
OR (b) A selection process through National level examination conducted by Central Government Department and their Agencies and institutions. OR 28,000/- +HRA for those who do not fall under (i) above

Essential Qualifications 

for Project Associate (PAT) PAT-I OR Project Associate (PAT) PAT-II OR Junior Research Fellow (Depending upon suitability) 

Project Associate (PAT) PAT-I 

B.Tech or B.E. in Engineering in Bitechnology/ BioEngineering/MSc in Biotechnology/ Chemistry/Chemical Sciences/Electronics/Mechanical from a recognized University or equivalent 

Project Associate (PAT) PAT-II 

1) B.Tech or B.E. in Engineering in Bitechnology/ BioEngineering/MSc in Biotechnology/ Chemistry/Chemical Sciences/Electronics/Mechanical from a recognized University or equivalent And 2) 2 years’ experience in research and development in industrial and academic institutions or science and technology organization and scientific activities and services OR 
Masters/Integrated Master in Engineering in Biotechnology/ Chemistry/Chemical Sciences/Electronics/Mechanical from a recognized University or equivalent

35 years

Junior Research Fellow 

Essential Qualification: B.Tech or B.E. in Engineering in Biotechnology/BioEngineering/MSc/M.Tech in Biotechnology/Chemistry/Chemical Sciences/Electronics/Mechanical or related areas from a recognized university. Course selected through a process described through any one of the following :- 

a. Scholar who are selected through National Eligibility Test- CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE. 
b. The selection process through National level examinations conducted by Centre Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR,ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, NISER etc.

Desirable Qualifications for Project Associate (PAT) PAT-I/ PAT-II /JRF 

1) Knowledge of handling electronic tongue and basic of taste analysis, knowledge of HPLC or biochemical testing 
2) Data Analysis
