research experience in
computational biology and
computational structural
biology will be preferred.
Job Description
• Responsible for the insilico design and
molecular modelling of
small molecules, virtual
screening and
peptidomimetics aimed
at developing potent and
selective inhibitors.
• Candidate should have
strong skills in analyzing
MD trajectories, be
familiar with visualization
tools such as Maestro,
PyMOL, UCSF Chimera,
or VMD, and be
proficient in coding or
scripting with Python,
Perl or C/C++.

appropriate statistical
methods.
Desirable:
• Knowledge on
differential equation
based Mathematical
models.
• Numerical simulation
using Matlab etc.
• Network analysis
• Statistical Programming
and Software: Proficient
in R, SAS, SPSS, and
STATA for data analysis,
statistical testing, and
data visualization. Skilled
in developing and
maintaining scripts,
macros, and programs to
automate workflows,
ensure reproducibility,
and align with industry
and clinical research
standards.
• Ensure data integrity,
accuracy, and quality
control throughout the
research process,
including data collection,
entry, cleaning, and
analysis, to maintain
data reliability and
validity and comply with
regulatory requirements
and ethical standards.

M.Sc. in any branch of Life

experience in a virology
lab.
• Quantitation of viral
stocks in cells, viral

molecular virology/
immunology techniques.
