Amity Institute of Biotechnology (AIB)

 

Job Summary:

Manager – Corporate Resource Centre (CRC) will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with corporates, coordinating student placements for both undergraduate and postgraduate students at Amity Institute of Biotechnology (AIB). This role will require the individual to organize industry-centric events, attract new recruiters, and foster a proactive environment for students to connect with industry professionals. The Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the placement and industry engagement efforts of AIB.  

 

Qualifications:

 

B.Sc./B.Tech. in any discipline of Life Sciences and M.Sc. in Biosciences & Biotechnology or MBA.

 

Desirable Qualifications:

Candidates should have experience in university system or from industry who used to develop B2B relationships.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant field. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture strong partnerships with existing corporate partners to facilitate student placements.  

• Collaborate with academic departments to understand the specific requirements and preferences of students.  
• Plan, organize, and execute industry-focused events such as career fairs, workshops, and networking sessions.  
• Coordinate guest lectures, panel discussions, and seminars featuring industry experts to enhance students' industry knowledge and networking opportunities.  

• Competencies in Relationship Building, Networking and Outreach.
