Job Description
Conduct molecular and microbiological studies on bacteriophages infecting dairy starter cultures.
Perform isolation, characterization, and functional analysis of phages and host strains.
Develop and optimize molecular biology techniques (DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, gel electrophoresis, sequencing).
Design and execute experiments to understand phage-host interactions in dairy starter cultures.
Maintain accurate lab records, prepare reports, and present findings to the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strain improvement and culture stability projects.
Candidate Profile Master's in Molecular Biology & Relevant experience
