WALK IN INTERVIEW FOR Junior Research Fellow (ON PROJECT) 

“Randomized Trial to Study the Effect of Rifaximin on Gut Microbiome Diversity post Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplant in Acute Leukemia” 

Essential Educational Qualification :- 

 MSc in life sciences or Biotechnology. 

Desirable Experience :- 

 1 year lab experience in molecular techniques, DNA extractions, PCRs and NGS based techniques would be preferred. 

 Hands-on experience on ONT (Oxford nanopore) based platform

Job Description: - 

 Involves sample collection, DNA extraction and 16s RNA sequencing of gut microbiome on ONT platform. 

 Single cell sequencing on gut biopsy samples. 

Consolidated Salary: (Rs. 27,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- p. m.) 

DURATION: Six months and extendable. The work progress of candidates will be monitored and extension may be given after six months. 

Eligible candidates may attend the walk in interview on Wednesday, 29th October, 2025 and report at Conference Room (ARB 115), R. Chidambaram Shodhika (Archival Building), ACTREC, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai- 410210 along with recent CV, original and xerox copies of all certificates and testimonials with recent passport size photograph and ID proof. (Preferably Aadhaar Card). Reporting Time: 10:15 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
