entitled “Experimental Validation of Natural Products from Selected Medicinal Plants of North-East
Region as Ectoparasiticides” funded by DBT, Govt. of India at BRIC-IBSD, Imphal.

Upper age

Rs. 35,000/- +9% HRA
to scholars who are
selected through
(a) National Eligible
Tests – CSIR-UGC
NET including
lectureship or
(b) A
selection process
through National level
examination conducted
by Central Government
Departments and their
Agencies and
Institutions.
OR
Rs. 28,000/- +9% HRA
for others who do not
fall under (i) above.

i. Master’s degree in Natural
or Agricultural Sciences /
MVSc or bachelor’s
degree in Engineering or
Technology or Medicine
from a recognized
University or equivalent.
ii. 2 years’ experience in
Research and
Development in Industrial
and Academic Institutions
or Science and Technology
Organisations and
Scientific activities and
services
Experience with
phytochemicals,
biological
research works.
1. The above positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. Selected candidatesshall
not claim for regular appointment either in BRIC-IBSD, Imphal and its branches or DBT, New Delhi.
2. No TA/DA will be paid to attend the interview and selected candidate will be posted at BRIC-IBSD, Sikkim
Centre.
3. Candidates possessing research experience aligned with the objectives of the project are strongly
encouraged to apply
4. The upper age limit is relaxable for reserved categories as per the GoI norms.
