Required Qualifications: A Master’s degree or equivalent in Biotechnology/Life Sciences or any other related area. Refer to DBT guidelines for complete qualifications. At least 1 year of research experience in cell & molecular biology of protozoan parasites. Highly motivated, research-oriented candidates with experience in working with molecular cloning will be preferred.
Nature and tenure of the position: The position is purely temporary in nature and will terminate with the project completion (October 2027).

Essential Qualification M.Sc. in Bioinformatics, M.Tech. in Data Science/Computer Science or any other allied field or B.Tech. in the same areas with prior experience
Preference Experience on working with images and deep learning, Prior experience in working with Python environment is a must.
Required background Prior experience in using biological data, analytical tools and working with data-related methods and deep learning tools/framework is required. If you have M.Sc. in any branch of life sciences (other than in Bioinformatics) or B.Tech. in any other areas, other than Data Science or Computer Science or Allied Field and do not have prior experience with image analysis, do not apply. The position does not require conducting experiments in the lab.
Consolidated fixed emoluments per month 31,00 + HRA with NET/GATE and 25,000+ HRA without NET/GATE (for Project Associate)
