Advertisement for the Post of 01 Junior Research Fellow (JRF) 

Applications are invited for the post of JRF in a DST SERB funded research project entitled “Phyco-nano-generation of Bio-pesticides against Fall Army Worm (FAW): An ecofriendly approach for Agricultural Sustainability and Food Security”. 

Essential Qualification M.Sc./M.Tech in Biotechnology/Microbiology/ Life Sciences (Preference will be given to CSIR/UGC NET/GATE/SET or any National level entrance qualified candidates) 

Desirable Qualification Experience in insect rearing and bioassays (preferably FAW), microalgae culture, green synthesis of nanoparticles, basic nanomaterial characterization, biopesticide evaluation, data analysis, and scientific documentation. Candidates with interdisciplinary exposure in entomology, phycology, or nanotechnology will be preferred. 

Duration Initially for six months and extension up-to total duration of the project (2 years) Date of Interview Shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview 

Emoluments 37000/- +HRA
