7. Job description:
7.1. Bioinformatics and Data Analysis:
7.1.1. Perform statistical and computational analysis of biological datasets.
7.1.2. Utilize bioinformatics tools and pipelines for NGS (Next-Generation Sequencing) data
analysis.
7.1.3. Develop and validate predictive models for biological research.
7.1.4. Collaborate with research teams to interpret and visualize data.
7.2. Data Auditing and Management:
7.2.1. Ensure compliance with data integrity standards.
7.2.2. Perform data quality checks, documentation, and reporting.
7.2.3. Maintain and update datasets in line with project requirements.
7.3. Laboratory Techniques:
7.3.1. Conduct molecular biology experiments including PCR, RT-PCR, and ELISA.
7.3.2. Perform immunohistochemistry (IHC) and cell culture techniques.
7.3.3. Execute assays for high-throughput sequencing projects.
7.3.4. Maintain lab equipment and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
7.4. Research Support:
7.4.1. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to design and execute experiments.
7.4.2. Contribute to the preparation of research papers, reports, and presentations.
7.4.3. Train and mentor junior team members in lab and computational techniques.
7.5. Skills and Competencies:
7.5.1. Proficient in bioinformatics software and programming languages (e.g., R, Python).

For Engineering Branch- First Class Graduate Degree of four years (Life Sciences).
