QUALIFICATIONS: 

Essential: Master's degree in Biotechnology or any other stream of biological/physical/computational sciences or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine or Equivalent AND a minimum of 2 years of research experience. Must have qualified NET-JRF or equivalent national level examination. 

Desirable: Experience in Mycobacterial biology work in BSL-3 facility is desirable. Candidate should be familiar with chemical biology, functional genomics, and transcriptomics. The candidates must highlight their experience with dates and duration in their CV. Applications which have not been highlighted will be rejected. 

Job Description: The candidate will carry out experimental work on Mycobacterium tuberculosis using chemical biology, functional genomics and transcriptomics approaches. 

EMOLUMENTS: Rs 42,000/- consolidated per month plus 27% HRA depending upon NET qualification as per DST OM dated 26.06.2023.
