Microbiologist 

₹15,000 - ₹17,000 a month 

Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the microbiological safety and quality of beverage products by testing raw materials, water, in-process samples, and finished products.  

Key Responsibilities:  

Perform microbiological tests (TPC, yeast & mold, coliform, pathogens). 

Monitor hygiene and conduct environmental and surface swab testing. 

Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards. 

Investigate contamination and support corrective actions. 

Maintain laboratory records and assist in quality audits and shelf-life studies. 

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Microbiology, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences.  

Skills: Knowledge of food microbiology, lab testing techniques, quality control, and documentation.
