Maintain cancer cell lines, perform cell line-based assays like MTT, clonogenicity, migration, invasion, cell cycle, and apoptosis assays as well as molecular biology techniques such as total RNA isolation, cDNA synthesis, real-time PCR, western blotting, drug combination, and animal experiments. |
