The role involves documentation, audits, validation, and quality system maintenance.
Air (active/passive sampling) Surfaces and personnel Analyze trends and report deviations
Conduct microbiological testing of: Purified Water (PW) Water for Injection (WFI)
Compressed air and gases Product Testing Maintain microbial cultures and records
Documentation & Compliance Maintain records as per GDP (Good Documentation Practices)
Follow GMP / GLP guidelines Handle: Deviations OOS (Out of Specification) CAPA
Qualifications: B.Sc / M.Sc in: Microbiology Biotechnology Life Sciences
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of:
Aseptic techniques Cleanroom behavior Microbiological testing methods
Understanding of: GMP guidelines Contamination control Good documentation and analytical skills
Experience in sterile injectables / aseptic manufacturing Knowledge of regulatory audits (WHO, USFDA, EU GMP) Familiarity with trend analysis and EM software
