Title of the Project : “Identification of Machine Learning Driven Candidate Biomarkers of Antibiotic Resistance Pseudomonas aeruginosa Infections: A Multi-Omics based approach on Chronic Lung Disease”.
Qualification :
1. First class Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degrees
2. Second class Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degrees with PhD
3. For Engineering/ IT/ CS-First Class Graduate Degree of Four years
Mandatory Skills : Clinical Microbiology specialization with knowledge of antimicrobial resistance and expertise in multi-omics approaches. Experience in bioinformatics analysis and omics data interpretation. Knowledge of machine learning applications for biomarker discovery. Proficiency in Python/R and Linux-based computational environments.
Stipend : Rs. 61,600 (Rs. 56000 + 10% HRA) for 1st and 2nd year. Rs. 64,680 (Rs. 56000 + 10% HRA + 5% increment) from the third year.
