Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate with strong expertise in cell biology and stem cell research. The role involves designing and executing experiments, optimizing protocols, and contributing to high-impact research outcomes in a collaborative scientific environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cell Culture: Design and execute experiments involving stem cell culture, maintenance, and differentiation. Develop and optimize protocols for pluripotent and primary mammalian cell systems.
• Molecular Biology Techniques: Perform advanced molecular biology techniques including qPCR, Western blotting, and immunocytochemistry.
• Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets, interpret results, and present findings in technical reports and scientific discussions. Stay updated with the lasted advancements in stem cell research & technologies.
• Cell Characterization: Contribute to assay development and validation for cell characterization (flow cytometry, immunofluorescence).
• Record Keeping: Maintain rigorous documentation aligned with research and quality standards
• Team Work: Collaborate with cross-functional scientific teams to translate research into applications.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• PhD in Biological Sciences/Cell Biology/Molecular Biology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Stem Cell Biology/ Regenerative Medicine/ Biomedical Sciences.
• Strong expertise in stem cell biology, including ES/iPS cells and primary cell culture systems.
• Hands-on experience in assay development and cell characterization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a research-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced research setting.
