Module-2: Structural Bioinformatics

  • Protein structure levels (Primary–Quaternary)
  • Protein Data Bank (PDB) and structure retrieval
  • Homology modeling principles
  • Protein structure modeling using MODELLER
  • Structure validation (Ramachandran Plot, PROCHECK)
  • Molecular visualization (PyMOL / Chimera)
  • Molecular docking and hands on session

Module-3: Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolutionary Analysis

  • Sequence alignment for phylogenetic analysis
