Shyam Dairy Products is hiring a Microbiologist for our dairy manufacturing unit.
Industry: Dairy / Food Processing
Experience: 2–5 Years (Experience in Dairy Industry Preferred)
Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Dairy Technology, or related field
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct microbiological testing of milk, water, finished products, and raw materials
Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices in the plant
Maintain laboratory records and quality documentation
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
Support quality assurance and production teams
Skills Required:
Knowledge of microbiological testing procedures
Understanding of food safety standards and laboratory practices
Good analytical and documentation skills
Experience in dairy industry will be preferred
