Consolidated Monthly Remuneration including HRA ₹36,000/- per month (including HRA of ₹5,000/- p.m., as applicable as per Institute norms) for GATE/NET or equivalent GoI-qualified candidates OR ₹23,213/- per month (fixed; no HRA admissible) for non-GATE/NET qualified candidates
House Rent Allowance per month (If applicable) As per the norms
Duration of appointment 10 months
Essential Qualification/Experience as per the norms
Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science OR Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course selected through a process described through any one of the following:
(a) Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests - CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE.
(b) The selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS,DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, NISER etc.
For General category students 60% marks and above in all the educational degrees is required and for the reserved category candidates, 55% marks and above in all the educational degrees is required.
