Learn QSAR concepts, molecular descriptors, Python & Pandas, regression, Random Forest, Decision Trees, XGBoost, MLP, model validation, visualization, and workflow creation using tools such as PubChem, ChEMBL, RDKit, KNIME, and Python.


🔹 2. Network Biology: Protein–Protein Interaction Analysis

Get hands-on experience with Cytoscape, STRING, GeneMANIA, and cytoHubba to construct and analyze PPI networks, identify hub genes, and perform functional enrichment analysis.

Build practical skills in NGS data preprocessing, quality control, read alignment, gene quantification, differential expression analysis, visualization, and functional/pathway enrichment.

Learn R & RStudio, data structures, programming fundamentals, functions, data visualization, statistical analysis, and sequence analysis using Bioconductor.


🔹 5. Precision Genomics: From Big Data to Targeted Therapies
📅 31 August–10 September 2026 | 8 Days
🕕 6:00–7:00 PM IST
Explore genomic variants and hands-on variant calling using GATK, SAMtools, and FreeBayes, followed by annotation with ANNOVAR, VEP, and SnpEff, variant-effect prediction, IGV visualization and clinical interpretation.


🔹 6. In Silico Vaccine Design
📅 7–12 September 2026 | 6 Days
🕕 6:00–7:00 PM IST
Learn computational vaccine design through antigenicity, allergenicity, and toxicity prediction, B-cell and T-cell epitope prediction, vaccine construct development, physicochemical analysis, and tertiary structure prediction using tools including VaxiJen, ANTIGENpro, AllerCatPro, AllerFP, AllerTop, ToxinPred, IEDB, NetCTL, and SWISS-MODEL.
