Project : Understanding gastrointestinal tract microbiome of neonates with or without sepsis (under Neo-sepsis program) 

PI : Dr. Bhabatosh Das 

1. Senior Project Associate 

40 years

Date for walk-in interview18th September 2026 

B.E./ B.Tech./ M.Sc./ M.Tech degree of Life Sciences from a recognized university, with atleast four (4) years’ of post-qualification experience in Microbiology. 

• Candidates should have a strong background in bioinformatics and hands-on experience in 16S metagenomics, transcriptomics, or whole-genome sequencing analysis. 
• The candidate should be familiar with the bioinformatics pipeline to analyse the sequence data.

Project : Polyphosphate signalling in microbial pathogenesis and host immunity 

PI : Dr. Ramandeep Singh 

2. Principal Project Associate

40 years 

Date for walk-in interview16th September 2026 

B.E./ B.Tech./ M.Sc./ M.Tech degree in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognized university, with atleast eight (8) years’ of postqualification experience in relevant field. OR 
Experience working in BSL3 laboratories, handling Mycobacterium tuberculosis, FACS experiments, and animal studies. 

Ph.D. degree in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognized university, with atleast four (4) years’ of post-qualification experience in relevant field. 

Desirable: The candidate having atleast one first-author paper in a peer-reviewed indexed journal will be preferred.

3. Senior Project Associate (Bioanalyst) 

40 years 

Date for walk-in interview18th September 2026 

Master’s degree in Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry/ Pharmaceutical Sciences/ Pharmacology/ Life Sciences or a related discipline from a recognized university with atleast two (2) years’ of post-qualification experience in the following areasa) 

Experience in LC-MS/ MS-based bioanalysis of biological samples. 
b) Demonstrated experience in LC-MS/ MS method development, validation, and quantitative analysis of drugs and small molecules in biological matrices. The Bioanalyst will support pharmacokinetic (PK) studies using LC-MS/MSbased analytical quantifications. 

The candidate will work collaboratively within a DMPK team to generate robust, high-quality bioanalytical data using LC-MS/MS. A brief detail on the job profile is as follows: 

• Operate and maintain LC-MS/MS system to ensure reliable analytical performance 
• Pre-column processing of biological samples including extractions for required quantifications 
• Perform routine bioanalysis of clinical and preclinical PK study samples 
• Develop, optimise, and validate LC-MS/MS and HPLC methods for quantification of small molecule-based drugs and metabolites in biological matrices (e.g., plasma, serum, tissues). 
• Preparation and maintenance of reference standards, reagent inventory, logbooks and lab notebooks 
• Writing analytical protocols for new projects after required literature search. 
• Generate analytical summaries and bioanalytical study plans. 
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure adherence to laboratory safety and good documentation practices

4. Project Associate-I 

35 years 

Date for walk-in interview16th September 2026 

Master’s degree in Life sciences/ M.V.Sc. from a recognized university. OR B.E./ B.Tech. in Computer Science or related field from a recognized University or equivalent. 

Desirable: Diploma in Computer applications or related subjects with one-year of working experience in clinical data management/ clinical research/ operations/ MIS/ data analysis/ IT/ computer science/ healthcare field. 
• Responsible for performing the data entry and support in managing data. 
• Support and perform a variety of standard administrative duties including maintaining official documents meticulously ensuring high quality and accuracy of work. 
• Provide admin support during project meetings, trainings, conferences, workshops and projectrelated field visits. 
• Keeping track of project updates and reports 
• Assist in compilation and preparation of briefing and presentation materials, maintenance and filling of study documentation. 
• Assists with data entry and reconciliation as needed or assigned. 
• Assists in Quality Check of the data and the screen validation of the Clinical Database. 
• Assist in maintaining and updating data management plans and any other relevant data management documentation. Support the clinical data management team and project teams as required

i) Rs. 31,000/- +HRA Scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests – CSIR – UGC NET including lectureship or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Department and their agencies and institutions) 
ii) Rs.25,000/- + HRA for others who do not fall under (i) above
