Openings for PhD positions at SGPGI, Lucknow

The following faculty members are interested in taking one PhD student each.

Their areas of interest are indicated against each.

a. Amita Aggarwal, Department of Immunology: Pathogenesis of arthritis

b. Rakesh Aggarwal, Department of Gastroenterology: Viral hepatitis

The candidates should having a first-class MSc degree in life sciences and have qualified a national examination with fellowship, such as CSIR/UGC JRF, ICMR JRF, DBT JRF or DST Inspire JRF.

Those interested may apply to the respective faculty members with their CV (include email ID and phone number) and copy of fellowship award letter. The applications can be submitted either in their offices or sent by email. If a person wishes to be considered for both the positions, they must submit separate applications to both the faculty members.

Selection will be based on an interview, information about which will be sent to the eligible applicants.
