Applications are invited for one each post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Project Assistant (PA) in a DBT, Govt of India funded research project entitled ‘Macro-algal seaweed tannins as biopesticides for cotton pest and phytopathogens management’ for three years.

For JRF, M.Sc./M.Phil. Degree in Zoology/Biotechnology/Microbiology with at least 55% marks. NET/GATE/DBT -BET qualified candidates are preferable.

Emoluments will be as per DST OM No. A.SR/Z -09/2012 dated on 21 October 2014 norms.

For Project Assistant, candidate with M.Sc. in Zoology/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry are considered (Rs 8000 p.m.).

Selected candidate could register for full -time Ph.D. programme.
