Applications are invited for a Junior Research Fellow in a DST funded project entitled "Studies on the folding and stability of an alternatively spliced form of APC/C co-activator Fzr1" in the laboratory of the undersigned. The details are given below:
Junior Research Fellow (@25,000 +30% HRA per month):
Essential qualification: Masters degree or equivalent in Life-Sciences/ Biotechnology/Biochemistry or any other related area with minimum 60% marks and a strong academic performance since high school.
Desirable: Experience in animal cell-culture, basic molecular and cell biology techniques and protein purification. Candidates with a background in biophysics will be given a preference.
The project duration is for three years and the selected candidates would be appointed after an interview. Appointment will be purely on temporary basis as stipulated by the existing rules of the University.
