Essential Qualification: Post-graduate degree in Bio-informatics or any subject of Biological/ Physical/ Computational sciences with 60% marks (55% for reserved category) and qualified NET/ GATE/ BINC/ JAM/ JEST/ JGEEBILS.
Age: 28 years for general candidates. Five years relaxation for SC/ST/PH/Women candidates. Three years for OBC non-creamy layer candidates.
Desirable Qualification: Basic knowledge in Bioinformatics, Data Analysis, Good Programming skills and Experience of working in LINUX, MATLAB, Bioconductor, and similar other data analysis software/tools used in Bioinformatics.
