ADVERTISEMENT FOR CONTRACTUAL POSTS
Applications are invited for the following contractual positions under the ICMR–DHR funded
project entitled “Chronic Kidney Disease of Unknown Etiology (CKDu) in Srikakulam
District, Andhra Pradesh: Identification of Pathogenetic Agents and Early Detection by
Novel Biomarkers” at the Department of Nephrology, Andhra Medical College,
Visakhapatnam. The posts are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.

General Terms and Conditions:
1. The project is of three years duration. The positions are purely temporary and will be filled
on a contractual basis extendable based on satisfactory performance, up to a maximum of three
years.
2. The selected candidates will have no claim for regular appointments under ICMR/DHR or
at Andhra Medical College.
3. Qualification and experience should be from recognized institutions.
4. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or joining the post.
5. The Principal Investigator reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process at
any stage without assigning any reason.
6. If required, the candidate must be prepared to stay in Palasa or Uddanam area of Srikakulak (Dt),
Andhra Pradesh.
