Applications are invited from highly motivated candidates for the position of Project Assistant
under the Industry Linked Biotechnology Research Scheme (IBRS), Kerala Biotechnology
Commission (KBC), KSCSTE, Govt. of Kerala. The project will be supervised by Dr. Sreejith P.,
Head, Department of Zoology, University of Kerala, Kariavattom, Thiruvananthapuram.
The duration of the internship training programme is three years, with extensions in blocks of
six months based purely on the performance of the Project Assistant.

Qualifications: M.Sc. or M.Tech. in Life Sciences or Biology-related disciplines
such as Zoology, Botany, Microbiology, Biotechnology,
Biochemistry, Regenerative Biology, Bioinformatics, Systems and
Synthetic Biology, and Stem Cell Biology
Age Limit: Not more than 28 years (as on 01/10/2025)
Salary: Rs. 19,000/- per month
General Terms & Conditions
The position is purely temporary and offered as part of the internship training programme.
