ADMISSION TO THE SUMMER RESEARCH PROJECT – 2008
The S N Bose National Centre for Basic Sciences invites applications from the students at the Post Graduate level (Science & Engineering) studying in different Indian Universities and Institutions for carrying out Summer Research Project under the supervision of the faculty members of the Centre. The details of the programme are:
Duration – 6 weeks during May – July 2008
Vacancy – Maximum 10
Honorarium – Rs 1500 per week to cover food, lodging and local expenses.
Travel – Return train fare by AC III (shortest route) would be reimbursed.
Students should apply via email directly to the concerned Faculty member along with a CV and a letter of recommendation from his/her affiliated institution/department. The detailed list of the members of Faculty and their research interest can be found in the Centre’s website: http://www.bose.res.in/.
