Course coverage:
Molecular biology and genomics techniques: Gene cloning, Genetic Transformation, DNA sequencing, Molecular Markers & DNA Fingerprinting methods for diversity analysis and genetic tagging etc
Biomolecule and Gene prospection : Drug target bioassays, Antibiotic sensitivity assays, Mutagenesis, Metabolomics approaches for secondary metabolites and biosynthetic pathways in relation to genes and enzymes for bioactive molecules.
