Applications are invited on plain paper with a recent passport size photograph accompanied by a DD/Pay Order for Rs.200/- drawn in favour of “The Principal, Sri Venkateswara College, New Delhi” for admission to “1 year post graduate diploma course in Molecular and Biochemical Technology” for the academic session 2008-09.
Eligibility: Graduate with minimum 50% aggregate in the disciplines of B.Sc.(Life Sciences), B.Sc.(Hons.) Botany/Biochemistry/Chemistry/microbiology/Zoology/Applied Zoology/Applied Sciences/Bioinformatics, B-Tech (Biotech.) and B.Pharma. candidates who have appeared for the final year examination and awaiting results may also apply.
Last date for receipt of applications: Thursday, the 31st July, 2008
Selection Process: Entrance Test to be conducted at the college on 3rd August, 2008. The test paper (in English Medium) will consist of multiple choice questions covering General English, Current Affairs, Basic Travel and Tourism and Indian History. Candidates short listed for interview will be displayed on the College Notice Board/Website www.svcollege.net on 4th August, 2008 at 11.00 AM.
Course Fee: Rs.15,000/- per annum payable in two installments.
Note:
Applicants are directed to appear for the entrance examination on 03-08-2008 (10 AM to 11.30 AM) without waiting for any call letters from the college.
No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the Entrance Test/interview
Hostel facility for boys and girls is availbale for outstation candidates, on merit basis, effective from this academic session i.e. 2008-2009.
