Essential Qualifications

M.Sc in Biotechnology/
Genetics/ biochemistry/plant genetic resources/ molecular biology/botany with a minimum of first class marks.

Desirable qualifications

Hands on experience in use of high throughput PCR based techniques for molecular marker generation.

Project Assistants (2 posts) @ 6000 p.m. (fixed)

DBT Project "Referral Centre for Molecular Diagonosis of Transgenic planting Materials" (023-DBT- DFC-GJR-07)

Essential Qualifications Science graduate B.Sc. preferably in Plant Sciences

Desirable qualifications Proficiency in Computers
