DBT funded project “Identification, organization and function of S/MAR elements in gastrointestinal protozoa” 3 years

Essential Qualification MSc in any branch of Biology with strong molecular biology knowledge and at least 1 year of experience in cell culture, genomics and biochemical techniques is required. Knowledge is bioinformatics will be given preference.

Job Description The research fellow is expected to identify specific DNA sequences (S/MARs elements) from the protozoan parasites by bioinformatics and test for their regulatory activity in the genome using molecular and biochemical techniques.

Emoluments will be as per DBT norm.
