DBT Major Research Project
Applications are invited for the position of one Junior Research Fellow for a period of three years to work in the DBT sponsored project (Sanction No: BT/PR11998/AAQ/03/462/2009 dated 17.09.09) entitled, ‘Immuno-responsive components in tiger shrimp, Penaeus monodon, upon exposure to White Spot Syndrome Virus (WSSV) and immunostimutants’ under Prof. M. Arumugam, Principal Investigator.
Qualification: M.Sc. (Zoology/Special Zoology)
Period of the project: 3 Years
Emoluments: Rs 12,000 per month + Admissible HRA
Candidates with previous research experience in Crustacean Physiology will be preferred. The selected candidates should be willing to join the project at the earliest, and undertake travel to collect shrimps.
